Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer to monitor and supervise the progress of Civil & Structural (C&S) works on-site. The successful candidate will provide technical solutions on-site, liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily civil and structural works at the project site.

• Provide technical solutions and support for works carried out on-site.

• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on-site.

• Prepare weekly and monthly site reports, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

• Maintain filing and paperwork related to the project systematically.

• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Assist in planning work schedules, cost estimations, and project timelines.

• Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in water treatment plants and pipe laying works.

• Familiar with Microsoft Project

• Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction practices.

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation.

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on-site at Lubok China, Melaka.
