Job Description :

1. Preferably with experience in the construction sector, particularly in water-related projects such as pipeline works and water-retaining structures. Inspect construction site regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

2. Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
   Handle site accidents in accordance with protocol.

3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment (fire alarm control panels, emergency equipment etc).

4. Monitor and proper maintenance of site vehicle.
   Keep track of materials deliver to site, store inventory and company assets assigned to site.

5. Supervise and instruct construction team and subcontractors’ activities.
   Receive feedbacks/complaints and resolve the issues or seek advice from Project Manager.

6. To ensure conduct and work is in compliance with ISO requirements and company’s policies/regulations/ procedures.

7. To keep all records in place for internal or external audits and ensure all related documents at site are updated from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in supervising construction site activities and coordinating with contractors and workers.

• Able to work at the project site in Lubok China, Melaka.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
