SUBANG JAYA, 1 August 2023 – Salcon Berhad (“Salcon” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Envitech Sdn Bhd, a 60% owned subsidiary of Salcon Engineering Berhad, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has accepted a Letter of Award from Jurutera MTC Sdn Bhd dated 27 July 2023.
The project, valued at RM20.66 million, comprises external main sewer reticulation works to STP5 on Lot 21145, Mukim 13, Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, Seberang Perai Pulau Pinang for Messrs Eco Horizon Sdn Bhd. The project is expected to be completed in 17 months from the date of site possession ie 31 December 2024, and is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of Salcon Berhad commencing from the financial years ending 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024.
